Take a tour of Italy without leaving the US. Experience the different regions of Italy as you create dishes authentic to that area. Dishes include shrimp with winter pesto, pasta and broccoli rabe, and pasta with classic Bolognese sauce. You will also make homemade cannolis. Enjoy a meal at the end of each class.
Come ready to work the first class with practice icing and supplies as we
dive right into the fun of decorating your own cakes in this beginning
class. Learn how to create borders, greetings, flowers and icing roses with
step-by-step instructions. Supplies provided and included in fees.
Make super delicious, crispy, and crunchy summer salads and pair them with refreshing summer (non-alcoholic) drinks. The class will use fresh in-season ingredients and different sources of protein. Stay cool and healthy this summer!

Go beyond the basic green salad and create raw appetizers, creative salads, cool soups, and main dishes using fresh seasonal produce. Learn the benefits of eating raw plant foods and approaches for including more raw fruits and vegetables into your day.
Chef Woo Can will be demonstrating various Asian dishes that are easy and simple! Learn various preparation techniques and the art of stir frying. Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Vegetarian dishes will be covered throughout the sessions. Demonstration and participation for each stage of the cooking process from slicing, cutting to preparing the sauce then the actual stir frying. Recipes included.
