AWS Academy Cloud Foundations is intended for students who seek an overall understanding of cloud computing concepts, independent of specific technical roles. It provides a detailed overview of cloud concepts, AWS core services, security, architecture, pricing, and support. Prerequisite: Basic IT and business knowledge. Students will gain knowledge and develop hands-on experience solving real-world problems in the area of cloud administration. This includes the process to provision, orchestrate, scale, manage and monitor cloud services across compute, storage, networking, and security using various cloud interfaces. All projects utilize existing public cloud infrastructure, tools, and services. Specifically, students will be exposed to real-world scenarios, infrastructure, and data.
