This job-readiness and customer service training course is designed to provide new and incumbent workers with skills needed to enter into the workplace and increase employability. Every role in the workplace includes customer-service. Whether you are working with a buyer, setting up a service, managing a team, or in a support role; all of these utilize customer-service skills. Prioritizing, managing time, coordinating resources, finding solutions, and communicating effectively are essential to staying effective in order to cultivate a positive and robust culture. This course is also designed to cover the early steps in employment that include resume writing, workplace communication, interviewing skills, etc. Students will learn practical how-to strategies and soft skills to manage their time and take control of multiple projects even when they're all top priorities. Learn coping strategies to handle unexpected demands and unplanned situations. Develop skills to stay cool, calm, and collected when the pressure is overwhelming and stress threatens your effectiveness.

This workshop will lead you through a self-assessment series so you will have extensive knowledge about the product you are marketing - YOU!
