Get the Lead Out is an experiential learning approach to leadership designed for the Harford Leadership Academy Alumni who want to strengthen their impact across Harford County. Focused on the shift from command and control management to empowering, high performing teams, this session highlights practical ways leaders can coach, enable, and elevate the people they serve while advancing strategic priorities in their organizations and communities. The workshop is facilitated by Colonel Bill Montgomery, U.S. Army (Ret.)—a seasoned leader who serves as a Credit Adjunct Faculty member at Harford Community College, an Aberdeen City Councilman, and the Owner of Montgomery Strategies LLC.
