The AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer certification course will help you safely and effectively work with individuals during personal fitness training sessions and enhance your exercise and health knowledge. An exam is given at the end of the day for those attempting to become certified. Those attempting certification must study before the test. The course covers a variety of topics including but not limited to, muscle physiology, cardiovascular physiology. Exercise guidelines, program design, fitness marketing, myth busting and more.
