If you have participated in ballet class or perhaps have not danced in many years, this class is for any level. Gain an understanding of the order of the barre and the basic elements of ballet. Dancers should wear appropriate attire - tights, leotard, and ballet shoes.
Cardio Dance is a high-energy, high - intensity dance workout. Have fun with different dance styles that will also help increase your overall cardio. This class is for all levels and body types.
For students who have had previous Bellydance experience and love a challenge! Students will be learning and drilling dance moves as well as learning full length choreography .
Get ready for some fun as we learn some foundational dance movements of this beautiful art form! Learn this great way to get in shape! No previous dance experience needed. Dress to move, feet can be bare or in dance slippers, and hip scarves are optional. If possible, please bring a yoga mat.
